the series shows this was a singular incident. it’s not hidden but very present and discussed. so what does it mean “they don’t want us to know”?
the whole plot wouldn’t work if there were many incidents of the same type. u can see how shocked the detectives are when they find out who’s the murderer. what a one sided article, filled with blindspots of the privileged side who has national identify and full civilian rights. who’s voice is almost always heard, in and out of Israel. the police doesn’t even take the story seriously in the beginning because of the “context” in which arabs don’t hold the rights jews do in Jerusalem and the west bank
